$540 Initial diagnostic psychiatric evaluation
$390 Psychotherapy and medication management follow-up session, 45 minutes
$340 Medication management follow-up session, 20 minutes
Insurance
I do not work with any insurance companies directly. I am not in network with insurance nor a MediCal or Medicare provider.
Payment by check, cash or credit card is required at the time of service.
I will send the statement to your insurance company and they will reimburse you based on your out-of-network benefits.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my out of network coverage?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are not currently available.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. However, if you call me before the scheduled appointment and I am able to fill your slot or schedule you in another slot within 3 days, you will not be charged.
